All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary. Regular shipping charges to the United States are as follows:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Non-stock and backordered items take extra time due to the large range of styles available. Items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours. In some instances, we may drop ship your items from the manufacturer to ensure prompt arrival. We ship USPS and offer free shipping for orders of $50.00.

Most definitely. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities. Go to the Track Your Order link. If you are a previous customer, login using your email address and password. If you are a new customer, create an account and login. You will be directed to the tracking site for your order.

For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages going to Georgia (7%) shipping addresses. Shipments to addresses outside these states will not be charged sales tax (sweet!).

First Uniforms Unlimited wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  You will find enclosed with your shipment a return/exchange form giving you details of the return process (you may also go on-line and fill out a return request under the customer service tab).  If you have lost the form or did not receive the form, please contact us and we will fax or email you a copy.

The following items are not available for return:

Ø      Items without original tags

Ø      Items that have been worn or washed

Ø      Items not purchased from First Uniforms Unlimited

Ø      Landau or Gel Scrubs Collegiate

Ø      Shoes

Ø      Socks and/or hosiery

Ø      Holiday print items

Ø      Medical equipment such as stethoscopes, scissors and sphygmomanometers

Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.  We suggest that if you are buying solid colors that you buy within the same brand to better insure that your colors will match.

We do not refund for shipping and handling unless you receive an item that is flawed from the manufacturer or was shipped to you incorrectly.   Customers are responsible for shipping and handling cost of returned items and the difference in costs of exchanged items if applicable. 

All orders are subject to a 10% restocking charge unless you receive and items that is flawed or shipped incorrectly.

Go to our Return Request Form, fill it out and submit it to us. This way we can account for the return.

Each product is personally inspected before shipping and we use the highest quality packaging. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to receive a return authorization. Please note: if you would like us to send the replacement before we receive the original item, your credit card will be charged a second time. As soon as we receive the damaged item, a refund will post to your credit card. If your product was shipped from a vendor, then we will have to contact the vendor for a return authorization, which may take additional 5-10 business days.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also use Paypal.

When you place an order on First Uniforms Unlimited .com, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email, postal mail, or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. When you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order and shipping confirmation emails.
